Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Casual Gaming Attendants to join the team at Bli Bli Hotel.
You’ll work within a large, modern gaming room on its own dedicated level, balancing customer requests, gaming operations and beverage service throughout each shift.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, attentive service throughout the gaming room
- Support gaming, TAB and Keno operations while maintaining compliance
- Prepare and serve beverages and complete gaming transactions accurately
- Build genuine relationships with regular customers
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
- Support your teammates and keep service moving during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- A high-energy multitasker who stays attentive when the room gets busy
- A natural people person who anticipates customer needs
- Previous bar experience, with gaming, TAB or Keno experience highly regarded
- Strong cash-handling skills, including accurate balancing and reconciliations
- Current Queensland RSA and RSG certificates
- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
