Planning and implementing purchasing, merchandising and promotional activities.
Maintaining appropriate inventory levels and minimising stock loss and waste.
Promoting and advertising the store's products and services.
Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business targets.
Maintaining records of stock levels, financial transactions and operational performance.
Preparing and monitoring store budgets and expenditure.
Recruiting, training, supervising and performance managing retail staff.
Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer enquiries and
complaints.
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety regulations
and company policies.
Liaising with suppliers and coordinating stock deliveries.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
