We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Team Members / Baristas to join our Wendouree store. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love making great coffee, and thrive in a team setting, we'd love to hear from you!
We have opportunities available for Junior and Senior Team Members, including one Full-Time position for an experienced Senior Team Member.
As a Retail Team Member / Barista, you'll help create an exceptional customer experience by preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and ensuring our store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
Providing exceptional customer service
Serving and packaging donuts and other products
Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
Restocking products and maintaining store presentation
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Working collaboratively with your team during busy service periods
We're looking for people who are:
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong team players with excellent communication skills
Willing to learn and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly regarded.
Senior applicants should have previous barista or coffee-making experience.
Junior applicants are encouraged to apply, with full training provided.
Applicants must have flexible availability Monday to Sunday between 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM.
You must be willing to:
Work opening and closing shifts
Work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as required
Work a flexible roster based on business needs
Please note: We currently have one Full-Time opportunity available for an experienced Senior Team Member. Casual opportunities are also available for suitable applicants.
