Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administration professional who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes? Central Coast Local Health District is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Mental Health team at Wyong Hospital, 5 days per fortnight.
About the Opportunity
The Administration Officer role will provide dedicated administrative support to our Executive and Senior Management teams.

Provide high-quality, dedicated administrative support to Executive and Senior Management, keeping priorities organised and outcomes on track.

Be a trusted first point of contact, delivering professional, responsive and confidential service to staff, customers and stakeholders.

Coordinate key administrative processes and information, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and seamless day-to-day operations.

Use your initiative to navigate competing priorities, solve problems and support a fast-paced environment.
