Helliwell Group is seeking a commercially minded Venue Manager to take ownership of one of our flagship Sunshine Coast venues.
This is not simply a hospitality management role.
This is an opportunity to run a business within a business.
You will be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, labour performance, operational excellence, guest experience and team development. We are looking for a leader who thrives on accountability, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in building high-performing teams that consistently deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Own
- Full venue operational performance

- Stock control, purchasing and supplier performance
- Team leadership, coaching and accountability
- Guest satisfaction and service excellence

- Venue presentation and brand standards

- Labour and cost of goods maintained within budget

Who You Are
You are a highly accountable leader who enjoys taking ownership and delivering measurable outcomes.
You make decisions confidently, communicate clearly, and hold yourself and others to high standards.
You are equally comfortable leading a busy service period, analysing financial performance, coaching team members, or solving operational challenges.
You likely have experience as a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, Duty Manager, Hospitality Manager or multi-site leader within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

- High personal accountability
- Current RSA, RSG and Approved Manager Licence
