As the Assistant Manager Care Services at our Baulkham Hills facility, you will lead, mentor, and coach a dedicated care team to deliver exceptional, high-quality care to our residents.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician with a solid background in management looking to advance their career in the Aged Care sector. You will be fully supported and mentored by an experienced Care Manager and General Manager, utilising your diverse clinical skills to foster best clinical practices and ensure strict compliance across all areas.

Lead & Coach: Mentor and guide the clinical and care teams to maintain high standards of resident care.

Clinical Governance: Foster best clinical practices and ensure robust compliance with industry standards.

Effective Communication: Act as a strong communicator between residents, families, staff, and management.

Crisis & Decision Management: Demonstrate excellent clinical decision-making skills under pressure.

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Essential).

A minimum of 2 years of experience working as an RN within the Aged Care sector.

Proven management or leadership experience within a clinical setting.

A strong working knowledge of clinical governance.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.

Proficiency in using electronic care management systems and standard computer applications.
