A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operations within a fast-paced commercial property environment.
This role combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional workplace and customer experiences, strengthen governance standards, and drive operational performance.
You will play an important role in ensuring facilities services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations
Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers
Deliver initiatives that support sustainability, ESG outcomes and operational efficiency
Lead contractor management, procurement activities and service delivery
Maintain compliance, risk management and governance frameworks
Manage operating budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
Foster strong, service-driven relationships with occupiers and customers
Provide leadership, coaching and support to team members where applicable
About You
Proven facilities management experience within a commercial property, corporate real estate or related environment
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Exceptional communication and customer service capability
Solid technical understanding of building services and statutory compliance requirements
Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets
A proactive, solutions-focused and customer-centric leadership style
