As the Area Manager you will:
Lead 6+ store managers to achieve sales & KPI's
Recruit, train & retain high performing teams
Cultivate an exceptional workplace culture in the state that breeds success
Tightly control all operating expenses hitting profit targets for the area
Reporting to the NSW State Manager
The kind of experience we are looking for:
MUST have QSR exposure - either as a multi-site/area manager
Experience opening stores & improving underperforming
High levels of organisation as well as a solid understanding of p&l
The ability to improve underperforming restaurants & lead high performing teams
The salary package includes:
A competitive base salary from $100k + super
Fuel card & phone bill provided
