Female Support Worker – Companion & Domestic Support
Location: Anzac Parade, Sydney area
Pay: $38 per hour
Hours: Flexible / to be discussed
We are looking for a kind, gentle and reliable female Support Worker to provide support to a lovely client in the Anzac Parade area.
The role is primarily focused on companionship, community access and light domestic support. We are looking for someone who is patient, a good listener and genuinely enjoys building a comfortable and trusting relationship with the person they support.
About the role:
- Providing friendly companionship and emotional support
- Driving the client to appointments, errands and community activities
- Assisting with light domestic tasks around the home
- Supporting the client to get out and about in the community
- Being a calm, respectful and positive presence
- Listening to the client and supporting their preferences and independence
About you:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Female and compassionate
- Gentle, patient and a great listener
- Reliable, trustworthy and respectful
- Comfortable driving and assisting with community outings
- Confident with light household tasks
- Able to speak Filipino/Tagalog (highly desirable)
- Someone who genuinely enjoys companionship and making a positive difference in someone’s day
Pay: $38 per hour
