A day in the life of an Employment Consultant for this role:

No longer will you sit in an office day-in day-out, you will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers

Develop and maintain employer and community networks

Work alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment

Revel in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements

Comply with compliance and database input requirements

Building lasting connections - You will form partnerships with companies that are passionate about diversity and inclusion, making sure everyone has a chance to shine

To be considered, you will have...
Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
A MyGovID (Standard level)
Willing to complete a National Police Check
Able to pass a Working with Children Check
Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
