MW Marine Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing
Manager to lead the company’s strategic sales growth, brand development, and
customer engagement initiatives across Australia’s luxury marine market.

Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, oversee marketing
strategies, and strengthen our market presence within the competitive marine
industry.
About the Role
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning,
organising, directing, and coordinating the company’s sales and marketing
operations. This role requires a commercially focused professional with strong
leadership skills and the ability to develop strategic initiatives that support business
growth and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the
organisation’s sales, marketing, advertising and promotional activities to support
revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand development.
You will oversee sales strategies, promotional campaigns, brand positioning, market
expansion initiatives, and client relationship management while ensuring the
business continues to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and establish sales targets to maximise revenue, customer acquisition, and customer loyalty.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase awareness of the company’s marine products and brokerage services across the Australian market.
- Direct marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand image, improve customer engagement, and reinforce brand loyalty within the luxury marine industry.
- Build and maintain the organisation’s reputation and professional image with customers, suppliers, investors, and the wider public.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and industry developments to identify business growth opportunities and improve market positioning.
- Establish and maintain distribution networks and strategic relationships with boat manufacturers, marinas, marine suppliers, and service providers.
- Lead and evaluate advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, vessel listings, promotional events, and marine exhibitions to maximise brand exposure and lead generation.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotional offers, and sales packages in line with market conditions and business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales and marketing performance analysis and prepare reports for senior management on revenue outcomes, campaign effectiveness, and market performance.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives and brokerage staff, including training, performance management, and sales target monitoring.
- Lead negotiations with clients and oversee the preparation and finalisation of high-value vessel sales contracts and brokerage agreements.
- Establish organisational policies and procedures relating to sales, marketing, customer service standards, and client relationship management.
- Monitor budgets, sales forecasts, and operational performance to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
Key Skills and Experience Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business
development, or management roles, preferably within the marine, automotive,
luxury products, or related industries.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise
and motivate sales staff.
3. Demonstrated experience in strategic sales planning, marketing campaigns,
client relationship management, and business development.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding strategies, and customer
engagement initiatives.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proven ability to analyse market trends and identify commercial growth
opportunities.
7. Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications
1. A Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is
preferred Alternatively, at least five years of relevant sales and marketing
experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
2. Experience within the marine, automotive, luxury sales, or related sectors will
be highly regarded.
