Daily Bean Cafe is seeking a passionate and skilled Head Barista to join our store located in Oran Park Podium.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, good leadership skills and have managerial experience performing in a similar role in a fast paced cafe.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Coffee making, through consistently fine espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Customer service interaction and POS
- Opening and closing of store
- Managing day-to-day operations of the café
- Liaising with suppliers for ordering of stock and managing the rotation of stock
- Maintain store programs & management folders
