At John Henry's Trees and Gardens, we help homeowners transform and maintain beautiful gardens. We are a small garden maintaince business working in a variety of different properties in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We are looking for a gardening assistant to help with the increasing work demand as the bussiness keeps growing. You don't have to be an experienced gardener. You just need to bring the right attitude.
We are looking for people who:
- Show up on time, every time
- Take pride in doing things properly
- Communicate well with clients and teammates
- Want to learn and improve
- Can handle physical work outdoor
What you will be doing
- Mowing, edging and weeding private residential
- Hedge trimming, pruning, leaf blowing and general garden clean up
- Mulching, planting, fertilsing and seasonal care
- Plant care, soil preparation, feeding, pest/disease spotting and basic treatment.
- Green waste management and more
