About the Role
As the face of our coffee service, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
You'll prepare consistently exceptional coffee, provide warm and professional customer service, and help maintain the high standards Eating House Rowville has become known for.
This is a busy breakfast and lunch operation, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working efficiently without compromising quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare exceptional espresso-based coffee to a consistently high standard
- Produce silky milk texture and quality latte art
- Deliver friendly, genuine customer service
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient coffee station
- Monitor coffee quality and consistency throughout service
- Assist with opening duties and daily café operations
- Work closely with our front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
About You
You genuinely love coffee and take pride in your craft.
You'll have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant
- Excellent espresso extraction and milk texturing skills
- Confident latte art
- Ability to work calmly under pressure during busy service
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
- Reliability, punctuality and excellent presentation
- Full Australian working rights
