Description:
This hands-on role involves rip-out works and site preparation for kerb, footpath, and driveway construction projects across Melbourne. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality civil works projects for local councils by preparing sites and delivering concrete.
Key Responsibilities
Operate HR tipper trucks to remove and transport materials from work sites
Operate agitator trucks to deliver concrete (full training provided)
Work closely with machine operators and concreters to prepare sites for pours
Perform general labouring duties including demolition, site preparation, and clean-up
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in line with company procedures and safety requirements
Complete daily pre-starts and basic vehicle checks
About You
Minimum 12 months’ experience driving HR trucks
Tipper truck experience highly regarded
Previous experience in civil construction, concreting, or site preparation preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to undertake physically demanding work
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively within a team
White Card required
HR Licence essential
