Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health and care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Flu and covid vaccination
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
- National Police check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
