Bayside's newest all day eatery.
Blanca is opening soon and we're looking for an experienced Night staff ,
This is a hands-on role combining exceptional cocktail making with wine and food knowledge . You'll be responsible for create an outstanding guest experience.
About You
- Minimum 1 year'experience as a waiter , with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Confident working in a high-volume environment.
- Passionate about wine, coffee, food and genuine hospitality.
- Friendly, organised and calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, professional customer service.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Assist with ordering, stock control and daily operations.
- Work closely with ownership to help build Blanca's service culture.
