About the role
The Tennis Program & Operations Coordinator is the face of the Darwin International Tennis Centre “DITC” from a club and coaching operations perspective. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day promotion and operations of all programs – from Pickleball, social tennis, to the kids’ Hot Shots program, and more.
The role is focused on driving the growth of Darwin International Tennis Centre through creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and by applying their knowledge of the club pathway and offerings across tennis in the NT – in all personal interactions whether they are face-to-face, over the phone or online.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Good understanding of the Australian tennis system, including Tennis Australia coaching pathways, Hot Shots, Cardio Tennis, and participation programs
