The Role:
If you’re passionate about plants and love helping people, this full‑time Horticulturist role in Taren Point could be exactly what you’re looking for. You’ll join a supportive, fast‑paced team where you’ll create a welcoming experience for every visitor. You’ll share your plant expertise, confidently guide customers through their choices to close sales, and keep your workspace tidy, organised, and inviting.
What We Need From You:
- Certificate III in Horticulture or a similar qualification is favourable
- Hands‑on mindset with a drive to achieve results
- Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor work and a vibrant team culture
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- 1–2 years’ experience in a retail nursery (preferred)
- Clear, professional communication - written and verbal
- Positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to collaborate
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
