### About Us
Six Degree is a busy, quality-focused local cafe in North Perth. We're known for great coffee, great food, and friendly, fast service. We're growing and looking for a gun barista to join our core team long-term.
### The Role
We're looking for an *experienced, reliable full-time barista* who can own the coffee station during busy periods and deliver consistent quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving specialty coffee to a high standard consistently
- Dialling in grinder, managing extraction and milk texturing
- Providing fast, friendly customer service and taking orders
- Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient workstation
- Assisting with general cafe duties - restocking, cleaning, food prep support
- Training junior staff on coffee standards
### What We're Looking For
- *Minimum 2+ years experience as a barista in a high-volume cafe*
- Expert in latte art, grinder calibration and specialty coffee workflow
- Can work efficiently under pressure - 3+ coffees at a time is normal for you
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Available Monday - Sunday, including early mornings (rostered 5 days/week)
- Barista certificate / hospitality qualification is a plus but not essential
