Venue Manager – Sydney West
Lewis Hotels Group is looking for a Venue Manager to lead one of our flagship venues in Sydney West.
This role is centred on customer experience. We are seeking someone who is present, sets the tone on the floor, and builds a team that delivers consistent, high-quality service. Gaming and overall venue performance sit alongside this, not ahead of it.
The role
You will take full ownership of the venue, with responsibility for:
- Driving strong, consistent customer service standards
- Being highly visible on the floor and leading by example
- Managing day-to-day operations across all areas
- Maintaining solid performance across gaming, food and beverage
- Building, training and holding your team accountable
- Managing costs, wages and overall financial performance
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Improving systems, structure and consistency
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a VM or senior 2iC in a pub environment
- Strong focus on customer experience and team performance
- Sound understanding of gaming operations
- Hands-on leader who takes ownership and sets standards
- Good commercial awareness and financial discipline
Required licences
RSA, RCG, ARCG, LT, ALT
