What you’ll be doing
- Run crews on asbestos (non-friable) and demolition sites
- Lead pre-starts/toolboxes and enforce PPE and WHS standards
- Ensure site paperwork is completed correctly and on time
- Coordinate site logistics, truck movements, and disposal runs
- Keep productivity high while maintaining compliance and quality
- Coach, develop, and hold the crew accountable to standards
- Represent the business professionally on-site with clients and the public
Non-negotiables (must have)
- White Card
- Class B Non-Friable Asbestos Removal Ticket
- Driver Licence
- Police Check (current or able to obtain immediately)
- WWCC (current or able to obtain immediately)
How time is tracked
- Hours are tracked via the company system app with supervisor approval.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $129,000.00 per year
