We're currently looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Hurricane's Grill Circular Quay.

What's the role?
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be one of the friendly faces our guests remember. From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving our famous ribs and making sure everyone has a fantastic experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Creating friendly, welcoming and memorable experiences for every guest
- Providing confident and attentive table service in a busy restaurant environment
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Knowing our menu and helping guests choose the perfect meal
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service running smoothly
- Keeping the restaurant looking great and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Bringing positive energy, teamwork and a "let's get it done" attitude to every shift
About you
You don't need to know everything — we can teach you! What we're really looking for is someone who enjoys hospitality and genuinely likes making people feel welcome.
You'll ideally have:
- A friendly, outgoing personality
- A positive attitude and plenty of energy
- Great communication skills
- Confidence talking to all types of people
- The ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy
- A strong team mentality — because great service is always a team effort!
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is a bonus, but not essential
What you'll need
- A current RSA and must be able to serve alcohol
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
