Cavallini Artisan Bakery has been established for 20 years & is a European style Patisserie providing high quality cakes and pastries.
We are currently seeking a trade qualified Pastry Chef who has proven experience with croissant dough, yeast goods, lamination, cake decorating & pastry production.
You will be required to have a minimum of three years industry experience with a portfolio of previous work in a Pastry position. If you are an early morning person & like early starts, then this is the right job for you.
The position offers 5 shifts per week.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Croissant production & lamination from scratch, Donuts, Decorating European style cakes baking & manufacturing diverse range of pastries.
- A clear understanding of HACCP principals and applications
- Must have own vehicle
