Job Description:
We are currently seeking casual Home Care Aged Care Worker to support our seniors in their homes working in the community in the Sunshine Coast .

What are we looking for?
A compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker (Aged Care) dedicated to helping older adults live safely and independently in their own homes. We are looking for a compassionate working willing to work until 8:00pm to assist our growth and to assistance with clients need as we grow.
Hours: 8:00am-8:00pm Hours of possibly work Monday-Friday
Duties will include :
- Domestic assistance
- Personal care
- Social support and companionship
- Transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities
- Driving between clients across the Sunshine Coast region
What do you need?
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
- Personality : caring, reliable, and communicate well with clients, families, and our team
- You bring patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in seniors’ lives
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Open Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable registered own vehicle with comprehensive insurance that you can use for work
- Willingness to travel between clients across the Sunshine coast
- Permanent Australian Resident or have work rights.

Pay: $43.00 – $44.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- NATIONAL POLICE CHECK for work or willingness to obtain (Required)
- First aid & Cpr or willingness to obtain (Required)
- Certificate III In Individual Support or equivalent (Required)
- Open Australian Drivers Licence (Required)
