Culture Quest Tours is a Melbourne-based private tour and DMC-style operator offering premium cultural, wildlife, food, wine and sightseeing experiences across Melbourne and regional Victoria. We are passionate about creating meaningful travel experiences through local storytelling, personalised service, and genuine human connection.
We are looking for friendly, mature and reliable tour guides / driver guides to join our growing team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people from around the world, sharing stories, exploring culture and history, and creating memorable travel experiences.
You may be guiding private travellers, small groups, families, cruise guests, or international visitors on tours around Melbourne, Phillip Island, the Great Ocean Road, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and other destinations.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to speak one or more of the following languages:
- Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese or French
- A mature, responsible and professional personality
- A passion for people, storytelling, culture, history and travel
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- A friendly, flexible and customer-focused attitude
- Preferably some background in tourism, guiding, hospitality or customer service
- Experience as a safe and confident driver is a strong bonusWhat We Offer
