Asset Finance or Mortgage Broker | SB Finance Australia (Commission-Only Subcontract)
SB Finance Australia is a growing finance brokerage based in Bella Vista, NSW. We are looking for experienced, proactive Asset Finance or Mortgage Brokers to join our team on a self-employed, commission-only subcontract basis, operating exclusively under the SB Finance Australia brand, licence and aggregation.
This is not an independent partnership and it is not a standard 9-to-5 role. You will write your loans under the SB Finance umbrella while we take care of the overheads, provide the office and tools, and build your profile as part of our brand. It is the ideal fit for a driven broker who wants the freedom and earning potential of commission-only work with the backing, structure and reputation of an established brokerage behind them.

Who We Are Looking For
You are an experienced, proactive broker who operates like a hunter. You are self-motivated, take ownership of your results and are comfortable driving your own activity, while working within the systems, standards and brand of SB Finance Australia. You want the autonomy of commission-only earning with the support and credibility of an established brokerage.
Compliance Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
- Active MFAA or FBAA membership
- Current AFCA membership
- Clean credit and police check
- Full Australian working rights

Pay: $100,000.00 – $500,000.00 per year
