About the Role
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the M.J. Bale brand with confidence and professionalism.
You'll work closely with the store leadership team to ensure every customer receives personalised service while contributing to the overall success of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and styling advice
- Building genuine relationships and creating loyal clients
- Achieving individual and store sales targets
- Maintaining premium visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Supporting daily store operations and housekeeping
- Contributing to a positive, energetic and team-focused culture
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
You'll bring:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- A passion for premium retail and creating memorable customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Confidence working in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and late-night trading as required
