This is a first job you can be proud of. You will be on the floor and on the register serving customers and keeping the store looking its best. No experience is needed — we will train you.
Hours

Varying casual shifts after school and on weekends
- Shift times vary according to the store's trading requirements
- Up to [12] hours per week during school term, within the limits that apply to school-aged employees
- Additional hours available during school holidays
What You Will Be Doing
-
Welcoming customers and giving friendly, helpful service
- Operating the register and processing sales on our POS system
- Replenishing shelves and keeping product presentation neat
- Keeping the store clean, tidy and well presented
- Helping out with general store tasks as directed by your supervisor
What We Are Looking For

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn — no retail experience required
- Reliability: turning up on time for every rostered shift
- Confidence communicating with to customers and team members of all ages
- Availability after school and across the weekend
- Ability to be on your feet for a shift and to lift and move stock safely
- Written permission from a parent or guardian
Pay and Benefits
Award rates apply under the General Retail Industry Award, at the junior rate for your age.
