Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck to transport goods to designated locations.
- Conduct inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Australian MR (Medium Rigid) license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive a truck with manual transmission.
- Previous experience as a truck driver is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including loading and unloading cargo.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
