Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Warehouse
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and 2IC you will be responsible for the following:
· Picking and packing customer orders,
· Assisting with loading of delivery trucks and engaging with customers when they collect orders.
· Other roles will include unloading of containers and assisting with refilling of stock,
· Delivery driving as required.
2. HACCP, Quality and Compliance
· Record and monitor temperatures in freezers, cool rooms and controlled environments as required under HACCP guidelines.
· Identify and report non-conforming stock, damaged goods or quality issues promptly.
· Assist with product recalls and quality investigations in line with company procedures.
· Maintain clean, safe and hygienic work areas at all times.
3. Deliveries and Customer Support
· Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers and third-party locations when required.
· Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders to minimise errors and damage in transit.
· Collect and reconcile payments or documentation associated with deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
· Provide professional and courteous service to customers and suppliers during deliveries and collections.
4. Workplace Health & Safety
· Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, complying with WHS legislation, company policies and safe work procedures.
· Maintain forklifts and warehouse equipment in a clean, serviceable condition and report faults promptly.
· Participate in safety training, toolbox talks and hazard reporting as required.
5. Key Selection Criteria
Essential
· Current LF forklift licence (high reach experience required).
· Current and valid Australian driver's licence suitable for delivery duties.
· Experience working in a warehouse, storage or wholesale environment.
· Sound understanding of WHS obligations in a warehouse setting.
· Intermediate computer skills: inventory systems, Microsoft Word and Excel).
· Demonstrated ability to follow HACCP, quality and compliance procedures.
Desirable
· Experience with CIN7/DEAR or similar inventory management systems.
· Experience with temperature-controlled or food-grade warehousing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Compliance with HACCP, FIFO and traceability requirements.
· Accuracy of order picking, packing and delivery.
· Maintenance of safe, clean and organised warehouse operations.
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Warehouse Storage: 1 year (Preferred)
- Intermediate computer skills: inventory systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- HACCP, quality and compliance procedures: 1 year (Preferred)
- WHS obligations in a warehouse setting: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
