Perfect Motion Health Pty Ltd is a professional allied health practice committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy and other allied health services. We work closely with our clients to help them improve mobility, reduce pain, prevent injuries, and achieve their health and rehabilitation goals through personalised treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' movement, strength, flexibility and physical function to identify injuries or health conditions.
Provide physiotherapy treatments to relieve pain, improve mobility, restore movement, and enhance strength, balance and overall physical function.
Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
Use a range of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, soft tissue techniques, electrotherapy and other evidence-based physiotherapy methods.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care when required.
Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-management techniques and home care programs to support recovery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including treatment plans, progress notes and patient outcomes.
Promote injury prevention, healthy movement and wellbeing through education and preventative health programs.
Varied workload at clinic locations and mobile visits.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy.
Current provisional or full registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary range - $ 80,000 - 90,000 per year plus super depending on qualification/experience
Desirable:
Previous clinical experience in private practice or a similar healthcare setting.
