As a Senior Sonographer, you'll help deliver accurate diagnostic imaging that supports better outcomes for patients across the region. Working alongside a collaborative healthcare team, you'll apply advanced clinical expertise, share your knowledge, and contribute to a high-quality service that makes a real difference.

Providing advanced ultrasound services that support timely diagnosis and treatment.
Collaborating with clinicians to deliver safe, patient-centred care.
Mentoring students and colleagues to build capability and maintain professional standards.
Supporting quality improvement and service initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.

You're an experienced sonographer who combines technical expertise with genuine care for patients and colleagues. You remain calm in busy environments, communicate confidently, and use sound clinical judgement to navigate complex situations. You enjoy sharing your knowledge, supporting others to grow, and contributing to a positive team culture. Guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, you are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current accredited sonographer registration with the relevant professional body.
Strong experience performing complex ultrasound examinations.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build trusted relationships.
Demonstrated mentoring, training or clinical leadership capability.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in additional medical imaging modalities and/or a qualification in medical radiation science.
Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, helping others succeed, and creating positive outcomes for the communities you serve.
