About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Landscaper to join our growing commercial construction team as the Team Lead. This is an opportunity to lead projects, mentor crew members and further develop your leadership skills while remaining hands-on in the field.
You'll work on a variety of high-profile commercial landscaping projects with the support of experienced Supervisors and Project Managers, all while building a long-term career with a respected and growing company. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Read and interpret landscape and construction plans
- Carry out landscape construction works including hardscape and softscape installation
- Operate plant, equipment and power tools safely
- Assist with site set-out and project delivery
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors and team members
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in landscape construction, commercial landscaping or a related construction environment
- Leadership experience or the ambition to step into a Leading Hand position
- Confidence operating construction equipment and power tools
- Ability to interpret plans and work autonomously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia

- Machine operation tickets
- Site set-out and laser level experience
- Retaining wall construction
- Paving and hardscape installation
- Concreting
- Irrigation installation
- Civil construction experience
