WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Pharmacy Services are seeking a suitably experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist for a fixed term opportunity in beautiful Esperance.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 19/07/2027 with the possibility of extension(s).
Position Profile: The role assists in the promotion of safe, rational and cost effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical pharmacy services for hospital patients throughout the region. The services provided are to include but are not limited to completing the medication reconciliation process for admitted hospital patients, dispensing medications to patients, providing drug information to regional nursing and medical staff and making independent decisions on therapeutic strategies to optimize patient care.
Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

The region is located in the south eastern corner of Western Australia and covers 770,488 sq km (including offshore islands). The WA Country Health Service Goldfields consists of two main health campuses located in Kalgoorlie & Esperance, and three smaller hospitals located in Laverton, Leonora and Norseman.
