About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, flexible, and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team.
You will support NDIS participants in their day-to-day life by assisting with personal care, encouraging independence, helping with mobility and transport, and ensuring participants feel safe, heard, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, emotional support, and companionship
- Assist with daily routines, mobility, and transfers
- Support community access and independent living skills
- Transport clients to appointments, community programs, and outings
- Maintain accurate progress notes and shift reports
- Collaborate professionally with families, coordinators, and team members
Shift Times Available
- Morning – For city-based clients, shifts may start very early
- Afternoon
- Night
Flexibility and availability across these times is highly regarded.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own car
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Legal work authorisation in Australia

Work Location
This is an in-person role across various locations in Sydney, including the City and surrounding suburbs.
You must be available to travel between clients and shift sites as required.
