Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC), we’re proud to be delivering a significant major health project in Ultimo. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on safety standards in a complex, high-profile environment.
To support this initiative, we’re seeking a passionate Safety Advisor or Senior Advisor to join our team based on-site in Ultimo.
Please note: there is no parking available, so you will need to access the site via public transport.

The Role:
- Provide safety guidance across the SBA Health Project site.
- Support project teams with WHSE systems and compliance aligned to RCC’s Project Management Plan.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through mentoring and coaching.
- Analyse safety data and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
- Assist with the rollout of safety technologies (e.g., HammerTech).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction safety coordination, ideally on health or complex building projects.
- Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence using digital safety systems.
- Ability to commute via public transport (no parking available).
