Produceasy Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of freshly prepared fruit, vegetables, and ready-to-eat salads, supplying wholesalers, foodservice businesses, aged care facilities, and commercial kitchens throughout South East Queensland.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and motivated Kitchen Production Staff to join our friendly team.
About the Role
Working in our modern food production facility, you will be involved in the preparation and packing of fresh produce products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Your duties may include:
- Preparing and processing fresh fruit and vegetables.
- Washing, peeling, slicing and dicing produce.
- Preparing ready-to-eat salads.
- Packing finished products.
- Following recipes and production specifications.
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas and equipment.
- Working efficiently as part of a production team to meet daily customer orders
What we are looking for
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, food production facility, restaurant, catering business or similar environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well within a team.
