In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering reliable, secure, and compliant Salesforce CRM outcomes by applying strong testing and governance practices, driving continuous improvement and automation, and collaborating across teams to maximise platform value and performance across Transport.
You will develop and execute comprehensive Salesforce test strategies, plans, and automation to ensure reliable, compliant, and high‑quality solutions.
You will perform functional, regression, and automated testing across configurations, Flows, UIs, portals, and integrations using CI/CD pipelines.
You will lead UAT, produce clear QA and governance artefacts, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
You will enforce security, data integrity, and quality standards while collaborating with delivery teams to resolve defects and uplift testing efficiency.

About you
You bring advanced capability in testing methodologies, quality assurance, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines across the delivery lifecycle.
Your skill includes technically testing Salesforce flows, validation rules, integrations, and portals from development through release.
You communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality, risks, and outcomes.
You demonstrate recognised Salesforce expertise, supported by Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
