Experienced Barista – Busy CBD Espresso Bar
We’re a fast-paced, high-volume espresso bar in the CBD looking for a reliable, experienced barista to join our tight-knit team.
We pride ourselves on quality coffee, great food, and genuine customer service. Our shop has a strong base of regulars we truly care about, and we’re only interested in hiring good people who take pride in what they do.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven barista experience (essential)
- Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
- Initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- A sense of humour and positive attitude
- Team player who values respect and honesty
- Passion for quality coffee and customer service
Key responsibilities include:
- Making high-quality coffee consistently
- Taking orders (in person and over the phone)
- Cash handling
- Food preparation
- General cleaning and upkeep
(We will cover the cost for you to obtain your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.)
Availability:
- Monday to Sunday
- Must be able to start at 5:00am ☕
