Rostering Manager

About the Role
In this role, you will hold overarching responsibility for workforce scheduling and planning across Spinal Life Australia’s NDIS support programs, ensuring seamless, compliant and high-quality service delivery.
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Designing and managing efficient, participant=centred rosters across all services lines, with a focus on continuity and quality of support

Coordinating shift allocations, leave management, vacancy coverage and emergency staffing requirements in alignment with the SCHADS award

Driving continuous improvement across rostering operations and contributing to broader workforce planning strategies that support organisational growth
About You
To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:
- Demonstrated experience rostering under the SCHADS award, Fair Work legislation, workforce compliance requirements and NDIS Practice Standards

Substantial experience in roster management and workforce planning within NDIS, disability services, community service, or similar sectors

Outstanding communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
