This dual-role position combines student counselling with marketing execution. The successful candidate will guide prospective students through course selection, admissions, and visa processes, while also driving brand awareness and lead generation through digital and on-ground marketing activities.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Education Counselling
- Provide accurate, professional counselling to prospective students on courses, institutions, and career pathways across Australia.
- Assess student eligibility (academic, financial, and English language requirements) and recommend suitable programs.
- Manage the full admissions process — applications, offer letters, CoEs, and student visa (subclass 500) documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration regulations, DHA policies, and partner institution requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and agents.
B. Marketing & Business Development
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Create engaging content — social posts, reels, newsletters, blogs, flyers, and website updates.
- Organise and represent KTM at education expos, seminars, on-campus events, and school visits.
- Build and manage relationships with education agents, partner institutions, and community networks.
- Track marketing performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and report insights to management.
- Support CRM management, database segmentation, and lead-nurturing workflows.
4. Selection Criteria
Essential
- Minimum 1 years' experience in education counselling, international student recruitment, or a marketing role (education industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Australian education system and student visa requirements.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Desirable
- QEAC certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with CRM tools (or will train).
- Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
- Existing network with education agents or community groups in WA.
