Sweet Treats by Rhi is looking for an experienced Front of House Barista to join our friendly team in Camden.
We are a busy bakery and café known for exceptional customer service, quality coffee, beautiful cakes, and delicious sweet treats. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming customer experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Casual position
- Tuesday to Friday
- Approximately 15–30 hours per week
- Flexible hours available based on experience, availability, and business needs
- Immediate start available
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Assisting with display presentation and stock replenishment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the café and service areas
- Working collaboratively with our kitchen and front of house team
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous barista experience in a café environment
- Confidence working independently during busy periods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Availability to work Tuesday to Friday
