The Role
This is a dynamic bespoke fulltime role which has two components – Cellar, Store and Bar person. You will take ownership of our beverage inventory, storage areas, and stock rotation, while providing support to the bar team during service.
Monday – Friday, day shift, with some flexibility for end of month processes.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on logistics, organisation, and back-of-house efficiency. While your primary focus will be maintaining beverage areas and ensuring seamless stock flow, you will also step behind the bar to prepare beverages with consistency, speed and attention to detail.
This position is paid hourly under our Enterprise Agreement.
Responsibilities Include

Leading daily stock receipt, heavy manual handling,unboxing, and organise storage of all beverage inventory.
- Maintaining strict stock rotation (FIFO), monitoring stock levels, and preparing the bar’s daily mise en place.
- Safely moving and distributing heavy beverage stock and spirits across multiple beverage areas in a high-volume environment.
- Stepping into the dispense bar during service hour to prepare and serve wine, beer, soft drinks, and barista coffee.
- Maintaining back-of-house storage cleanliness, cellar organisation, and upholding strict safety and hygiene standards
About You

Ability to lift heavy boxes and stock items on a daily basis (this is a highly physical, manual labour intensive role).
- Previous experience in a store person, cellar management, or stock control role within a high-volume venue.
- Strong beverage knowledge and coffee-making skills to confidently support front of house operations
- Must hold a current RSA
- Must have full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
- Availability across five shifts per week, including weekends
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
