About your opportunity
Provide a high-level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Directors of Surgical Units within Surgical Services Group. Liaise with Service Group and other senior department staff to achieve an effective and efficient support service to the surgical units.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Salary range: $79,272 to $88,158 p.a. (AO3)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
Highly regarded: Demonstrated high standard of administrative and secretarial skills and ability to prepare complex documents, agendas, minutes, action sheets and draft replies to correspondence demonstrating advanced computer skills utilising appropriate software.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads with competing deadlines whilst working autonomously.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated skills in the use of word processing and spreadsheet applications and hospital information systems including S4 Hana, Springboard, myHR as well as an ability to acquire knowledge of other computer applications and databases.
