The Opportunity & How You Will Make an Impact
As our Perth office continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate Director or Director to join our Valuations & Advisory team within the broader Economics & Property business. While not limited to these areas, the role will have a strong focus on industrial and office valuations (middle market and institutional-grade assets) and/or residential development and englobo land.
Partnering with Sean Ray (Director), you will assist in leading the delivery of valuation and advisory projects while playing a key role in growing the business, developing client relationships and mentoring the next generation of property professionals. A strong business development mindset and established client contacts will be highly regarded.
Working closely with clients, colleagues and industry stakeholders, you will deliver high-quality advice and solutions, helping to drive project outcomes and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our Economics & Property business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of valuation and advisory projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser across a range of property sectors.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support the growth of Valuations & Advisory and the Economics & Property team.
- Preparing proposals, fee submissions and business development initiatives.
- Managing project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
- Providing technical and innovation leadership and guidance
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to support their growth and career progression.
- Building strong relationships across Urbis to identify opportunities for collaboration and integrated client solutions.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, industry developments and emerging opportunities.
- Contributing to a positive, safe and inclusive workplace culture.
About You
We are looking for talented professionals who are purpose-driven, collaborative and thrive in high-performing environments. You will ideally have:
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) registration and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Associate Director level experience or pathway to Director.
- Targeting experience within the industrial, commercial and or residential development/englobo sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and client relationships.
- A proven track record in business development and securing new work.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing team members.
