We're looking for a passionate Barista / Front of House Team Member to join the Kosta's team! If you love making great coffee, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest, this could be the perfect fit. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and doesn't mind lending a hand in other areas of the venue when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other café drinks.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system.
- Assist with food preparation and serving when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked front-of-house and coffee station.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with both the front and back of house teams to ensure smooth service.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous barista and/or front of house experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
- MUST be able to prepare espresso-based coffee and other café beverages.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of urgency, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts (Monday–Sunday, between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm).
