Male Support Workers – Beaudesert Area
4 Hearts Support is hiring!
We are looking for reliable, practical and caring male Support Workers to join our team and support participants in and around the Beaudesert area, including Cedar Vale.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference while also being a practical, hands-on person.
About the role
Support may include:
- Providing one-to-one support to a male participant with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Supporting attendance at hydrotherapy and appointments
- Assisting with community access and everyday activities
- Providing companionship and encouraging independence
- Assisting with practical tasks and small maintenance-type jobs around the home
- Building a positive, consistent and respectful working relationship with the participant
What we’re looking for
We are particularly interested in male Support Workers who are:
- Practical and handy – someone who can confidently tackle small jobs around the home
- Able to provide a reliable, air-conditioned vehicle
- Patient, reliable and respectful
- Good communicators who can build rapport
- Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support
- Located in or around Beaudesert, Cedar Vale or surrounding areas
- Flexible and reliable with their availability

Essential requirements:NDIS Worker Screening Check, current First Aid & CPR, Australian driver’s licence and appropriate vehicle insurance.
