The TRELLiS Program is the RACP's Member Experience and Technology transformation initiative. It is redesigning the member experience while improving the way we work, strengthening employee experience and reducing the cost to serve. It is a key part of the College's broader program to modernise physician training, build workforce capability and deliver our strategy.
The Senior Change Manager leads organisational change for high-impact, high-complexity business areas across the TRELLiS Program.
Change Delivery
- Lead and enable the delivery of change across the TRELLiS Program
- During Horizon 1 deliver end-to-end change management for complex business areas and workstreams.
- Develop and implement integrated change, engagement, learning and adoption plans aligned to program objectives.
- Assess organisational impacts and work with business teams to plan and prepare for implementation.
Leadership and Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to build ownership of change within their teams.
- Act as the trusted change partner to assigned business leaders, providing practical advice and support throughout the change journey
- Coach leaders to communicate effectively, manage impacts and reinforce new ways of working.
- Support leaders to identify change risks, readiness priorities and actions to prepare their teams.
Business Readiness and Adoption
- Support business readiness planning and assessment activities.
- Work with business representatives to implement readiness actions.
- Monitor readiness and adoption, identifying emerging risks and recommending interventions.
- Support transition planning and post implementation adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships across business and program teams.
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies for complex and high-impact change.
- Facilitate workshops, consultations and leadership discussions to support decision-making and organisational alignment.
Capability and Continuous Improvement
- Lead the Change Team and contribute to the development of change capability across the organisation.
- Ensure consistent use of change frameworks, tools and templates.
- Identify opportunities to improve change practice and organisational outcomes.
- Share lessons learned and improve change practice across the Program.
- Represent change considerations within program governance and decision-making forums
Essential
- 8–10 years experience delivering organisational change within large-scale transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading change across complex technology-enabled business transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, leadership coaching, organisational impact assessment and supporting business adoption.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence outcomes in complex organisational environments.
- Experience facilitating workshops, business readiness activities and cross-functional planning.
- Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading other change practitioners.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and recognised change management certification or equivalent experience.
