About the Role
Australian Audiology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional front-of-house support across our Mt Ommaney, Hyperdome, and Victoria Point clinics.
This is a multi-site position requiring regular travel between clinics. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinics while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Process payments, invoices, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support clinicians with administrative and operational requirements.
- Assist with hearing aid orders, stock management, and clinic supplies.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are presented to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with clinic teams across multiple locations.
Essential Requirements
- Previous customer service and/or administration experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinic environments.
- Must access to a reliable vehicle.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, allied health, or audiology environment.
- Experience using appointment booking or patient management systems.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
